Terms and Conditions
1, The vehicle is not in a roadworthy condition and is sold as seen with no warranty or guarantee provided by TURNER-SCOTT.
2, Full payment for all vehicles and parts (including delivery costs) are to be made within 3 working days prior to delivery or collection. Schedules should be made payable to :- TURNER-SCOTT Salvage Management Ltd
3, Recorded mileage cannot be relied upon as the actual mileage of the vehicle.
4, The vehicle is sold as damaged or as an insurance company total loss.
5, The purchaser hereby accepts that an element of risk is involved when purchasing a salvage vehicle.
6, Vehicle description and damage is only a guide and cannot be relied upon.
7, When a deposit is made to reserve a vehicle, TURNER-SCOTT must receive any outstanding balance within 5 working days from the date of deposit. If it is not paid in full within the time period no refund will be given. A deposit is 10% off the vehicle selling price.
8, Once a vehicle has been paid for in full the customer has 2 days to arrange collection or storage costs will apply at £10 per day, per vehicle.
